President & Owner Brian Heider is a culinary school graduate and trained Chef. He transitioned from the restaurant industry to working with unique organizations in order to help them find Chefs and consult within their food programs. His goal was to combat the pricing model that food distributors often use to take advantage of organizations that might be at a disadvantage, due to the size of their food purchases.
Brian made it his mission and passion for the past 20 years to develop relationships with food distributors in order to help make a difference in niche food industries that simply needed the best pricing possible, while never having to worry about the idiosyncrasies of trucking and food distribution companies nationwide.
We are passionate about helping. Our primary focus is simply to bring savings and added service value to you so that your organization can grow. The more you grow, the more we all do!
